An energetic and enthusiastic Financial Services Programme Manager & Change Leader (over 10 years of experience). I am passionate about helping teams navigate through the complexities of change and successfully delivering and embedding their desired change outcomes.I've spent the last 4.5 years as a Director at UBS delivering technology change, with a particular focus on operational risk remediation and controls implementation. Prior to that, I spent 7 years at PwC as a Portfolio & Program Management Consultant.Career accomplishments include:- Rolling out & embedding new secure development practices for 20,000 technology colleagues- Migrating over 3000 applications from a myriad of platforms onto one new platform, supporting our transition towards more agile ways of working and our CI/CD & DevOps journey- Automating and embedding ~30 new controls into our software development processes, enabling the organisation to remain within risk appetite and close a long standing operational risk item- launching & embedding a global system development lifecycle (SDLC) framework for 20,000 colleagues- enabling my global insurance client obtain PRA approval for their internal capital models under Solvency II, freeing up millions in capital they would otherwise have had to hold in reserve- helping my client to build a new bank and migrate third party owned applications- as a business analyst / project manager, supporting my client to continue operating and making millions of pounds of legally required payments to counter-parties during an administration I originally trained as a Lawyer, specialising in corporate law (M&A, MBOs, Due Diligence etc.). I obtained my LLB (Hons) degree and Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen.
