Under the direction of the Vice President of Design, I am responsible for developing designs for new buildings, renovation of existing buildings, and interior alterations within the context of Design-Build. Tasks include construction documentation, construction detailing, schematic design, design development, shop drawings, RFIs, writing specifications, field surveys, creating and managing BIM models, creating BIM families and content, construction management, construction administration, coordination between consultants, issuing and preparing bid documents, code research and analysis, proposals, visualization, as well as applying for permits for a wide range of clients and building types.Range of building types includes: factory/industrial, medical & medical imaging, commercial, railroad, sport facilities, and offices. Clients include: Mubea, Caterpillar, BNSF, and Proscan Imaging, among others.

I am responsible for teaching Visual Communication Skills 1 to freshman undergraduate architecture and interior design students. The primary focus of the course is to introduce basic forms of drawing and representational methods. This includes introducing materials and methods in technical drawing as well as free-hand sketching and watercolor. Digital tools such as photoshop and illustrator, and the interoperability between vector graphics and raster graphics is introduced.

I was responsible for working on and developing construction documents, schematic design, and design development for a variety of Educational, Institutional and Government projects. In addition to these services, I was also responsible for the projection of presentation graphics in the form of computer generated renderings and other graphics.

Responsible for developing supplemental instructional workshops in digital skills/digital tools, assisting lectures, and preparing classroom materials, as well as assisting in critiques of student work.

Prepared contract documents for the permitting and bidding process. Performed basic code analysis, schematic design, and design documentation on large scale to small scale retail projects. My contributions included working on new construction as well as renovations.

I was involved in the creation of thematic maps utilizing Geographic Information Systems. In addition to mapping I was involved in the editing and creation of graphics for non-profit agencies who needed design services.
