The in charge crew member looking after up to 180 passengers and 4 Cabin Crew . My role is to ensure that all of the crew onboard the aircraft are maintaining high levels of safety and delivering a fantastic customer experience, whilst ensuring that our low cost environment is being acknowledged i.e not compromising on safety but ensuring that tasks were carried out quickly.I also deliver feedback on a daily basis to the crew on their peformance for the day, this could be both motivational or develomental.Any issues or problems that arose onboard the aircraft would need to be resolved to a satisfactory level.The key strengths needed for this role are organisational skills, people management, being able to motivate and being able to absorb and embrace new procedures.Diectly responsible to the commander and to base management.
