We are proud to announce Holt Renewables, LLC. as the successor of PCI Solar as part of a strategic merger with HOLT CAT. Our primary goal in this transition is to provide continued best in class solar solutions to our clients. HOLT CAT, the largest Caterpillar equipment dealer in the United States, has acquired PCI Solar to further expand their presence in the power services market. There is clear strategic alignment between us and HOLT CAT’s Power Systems Division, which is already successfully supplying microgrids, battery storage, gensets, switchgear, bi-directional power converters, PV modules and inverters. Our team has had the pleasure of developing a strong relationship with HOLT CAT over many years, while working closely through the successful construction of over 1.5 MW of solar at their facilities throughout Texas. HOLT CAT, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is a family-owned company who has been serving the heavy equipment and engine industry for over 85 years.
