The overall objectives of the $13.6M, 15 month Transition program were to improve project and service delivery, accelerate the existing network modernization and cloud migration efforts and upgrade the account processes and tools to be ITIL compliant. CareFusion 2010 – 2011Successfully turned around a troubled mid-market transition. The CareFusion Transition involved establishing an integrated global service desk for 8000 users out of Montreal and Kuala Lumpur and data center relocation from 3 client locations to the Chicago Data Center. Successfully delivered the program avoiding all penalties and within 3% of the original budget while improving a difficult client relationship.Zurich Financial Services 2008 - 2009Responsible for the successful delivery of a $30M global transition program enabling a $2.4B account. The scope of this transition included the provision of global service desk, local on-site support, and software packaging and distribution services to approximately 51,000 users in 7 countries. This program required the implementation of one of the world’s largest BMC Remedy installations to support the global service model as well as one of the largest BMC CM implementations for software packaging and distribution. BAE Systems 2006 - 2007Responsible for the deployment of the next generation service model (SMv2) supporting the $1.9B services contract. The ITIL based service model provided the foundation for the delivery of a full range of IT operations for BAE Systems businesses in North America and Europe. The focus of the transition program was on the deployment of the CA USD R11 service desk environment, supporting 40,000 calls a month, along with the design and deployment of the required process infrastructure.
