From an earlier role as an educator and deputy school principal to my current role at FNB as the Head of Learning & Development I ensure that people have the knowledge, skills and behaviors to ensure that theysucceed.My invaluable insights and experience as an HR practitioner are driven by the belief that the Learning and Development function within a business exists solely as the most critical enabler to help business achieve its strategic objectives and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.Having led numerous teams during my tenure at FNB to achieve several milestones in the development and management of criteria to transfer skills and knowledge, being a leader is a privilege I don’t take for granted.The ability that Learning and Development has to impact change in both corporations and society never ceases to amaze me!
