Sr. Director Customer Account Management
Primary customers: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Air Mobility and Maritime Missions (AMMM), Skunkworks and F-35 Global Sustainment (2005-2018). Managed Customer relationship, Customer Senior and Executive Leadership interface and POC for escalation, Sales / Marketing customer coordination, global oversight on performance and coordination between GE entities to influence a single GE and cash collection.• Developed strong relationships with the Senior Director, Supply Chain and the Executive VP for AMMM to help improve communication at the senior / executive levels within GE Aviation. • On-time delivery and Quality performance had dropped significantly and was severely impacting our customer relationship. Implemented weekly calls with the Lockheed team and GE Aviation teams. Over an 18-month period GE went from RED across the board for both Quality and Delivery to Green for all sites on Quality and 4 of the 6 systems sites for delivery.
