Full-stack .Net Developer supporting HealthMark's OTech software, a user interface for patients to submit information and forms in advance of appointments. It was one UI with SQL Server and/or REST API calls to different back-end systems, including NextGen, AthenaHealth and PrimeSuite. Worked in C# .Net, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap CSS, HTML, ASP.Net and DevExpress controls. In spring 2024, NextGen non-renewed HealthMark's licenses and the OTech project was shut down, so all members of the OTech team were laid off.

Full-stack .Net developer for Republic Group, a regional personal insurance company purchased by AmTrust about five years ago. Maintained and extended the Republic user interfaces for agents to add and edit policies for their customers. Uploaded and downloaded policies from a mainframe backend. Executed regular and ad-hoc reports from SQL data to the business users. Retained to help shut down business following sale of Republic’s assets in 2020-2021.• Achieved buy-in to develop desktop app to meet Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) requirement of 500K+ premium quotes based on multiple factors. App made direct calls to mainframe quoting engine and delivered required results in 12 days. Screen-scrape solution already in progress was estimated to take 2-3 months.• Converted web pages from Classic ASP to Visual Basic.Net, reducing maintenance effort.
