I am helping to staff and coordinate the grand opening of the Glenwood store.

During my time at Pizza Pie Guys, I brought sales up thirty percent by retooling the hiring, training, and day to day processes of the crew. I also revamped the menu and secured catering events to help spread word about the store in the community.

Opening a restaurant, hiring, creating prep sheets and labor reports, creating training plans for new hires, creating the schedule each week, tracking inventory, resolving in store conflicts, building customer relations.As of recently, my store has become the franchisee trainer store. I am tasked with creating, executing, and upholding the standards the company sets out for the store and training not only franchisees but trainers who go to the franchisee’s stores and help train their employees and ensure their opening is a success.I was also tasked with going to New Restaurant Openings including restaurants in Texas. I trained the staff our company standards while also helping ensure proper traffic flow to create a great experience for the new customers.
