• Deployments and maintenance of all IP streaming infrastructure • Standing up new environments using TeamCity/Jenkins, Terraform/Cloudformation/Ansible, ECS/EC2, IaC• Standing up / maintaining Analytics backends – Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Datastax (Cassandra), Databricks (Spark)• Breaking apart monolith’s into microservices• Automating as much as possible, setting up alerting/monitoring as much as possible, securing as much as possible• Troubleshooting environment from frontend to backend • Cross train other team members as well as collaborate and troubleshoot• Document everything• Learning new technologies/best practices as I come across them• Applying what I’ve learned to improve current environments• Drive initiatives from inception to conclusion
