Reported on operational and financial performance of wells within the Chevron/Reliance Joint Venture (JV) acreage of the Marcellus Shale gas play. Analyze accrued capital (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) expenditures to compare with targeted costs and key performance metrics. Identified areas of increased expenditure and collaborated with several functional groups: Drilling and Completions, Reservoir Engineering, Geology and Geophysics, and Land to assist in improving project economics.

Conducted research in the area of carbon capture and storage (CCS) into geological media; focusing on the impact of geochemical reactions and fluid transport of supercritical CO2 within saline reservoirs and fractured seal formations under pressure-temperature-composition (P-T-X) regimes of commercial interest. Research also included exploration of novel methods for CO2 capture from emissions of Pulverized Coal (PC) and Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) power plants.
