After graduating from California State University of Long Beach, I started my sales career in graphic arts industry. After 39 years in the industry selling business forms, four color printing and production equipment/software solutions the industry has been changing very fast. Konica Minolta Business Solutions has become one of the top production print solution providers in the industry today. KMBS will continue to move into Managed IT, Cloud Services and Inkjet solutions. Inkjet will impact the industry over the next decade the most. KM has been the world leader in the technology and hold many patents that have made a major impact in the world we live in today. Our Production Print teams provide the knowledge, expertise and skills needed to transform businesses to become more efficient and profitable. Starting as a field Sales Rep., then working my way up into Sales Management, then on to become a Director level, up to my current Regional Vice President position have provided a unique experience for me to deal with every level within the companies we sell to. Today's business culture is a challenge. How can we affect people in a positive way to make them feel comfortable to buy from you and your organization is very important. When there is an issue how quick can it be solved without having to go through a chain of command that takes time is a major problem. At KMBS, we can solve issues in a matter of hours, not weeks.I really have enjoyed my tenure with KM along with the daily challenges that make my role exciting every day. It's all about the people that we work with that makes the job fun and interesting.
