Inspect residential real estate for valuation purposes, which includes writing a technical summary style 20-35 page published report on every appraisal assignment, using keen observation skills, gathering and analyzing market trends, by researching and verifying public record information. In completion of these reports, analytical and critical thinking skills are utilized, along with navigating sales contracts, title reports, and other legal documents. Either assisted or completed approximately 150 reports per year since 2007. Help manage an in-home office with other appraisers which includes: accounts payable,accounts receivable, scheduling, systematic filing, vendor/client relations through telephone, email and fax.
