As the country manager, I am responsible for HP Large-Format Design across the South Pacific region. I formulate, drive and execute innovative tactical and strategic initiatives within HP’s large format business, and oversee its talented product and sales teams. Together, we have a proven track record of success in creating new routes to market and introducing market-leading products. Throughout my tenure, HP has enjoyed sustained growth in its market share and has expanded its leadership position in large format in the South Pacific market.

As HP’s Production Segment Manager and Value Business Manager, I was the technical lead for large format design in South Pacific, responsible for owning and delivering HP’s technical production large-format printing strategy. This involved managing channel and end-user engagement, including the delivery of solutions from entry point to production. I also had end-to-end ownership of the strategy for the 2015 introduction of HP PageWide Array, and was the APJ region project team member responsible for driving cross compensation for partner upsell. Under my management, HP increased its technical production market share in South Pacific from third to first.

In this role I was responsible for end-user account ownership and driving adoption and growth of HP technology solutions among my 1,000+ seat clients. Equipped with a sophisticated understanding of channel business rhythms and dynamics, I constructed transformative client base marketing programs which drove value product sales and acceptance of the entire HP ecosystem with the customers’ organisations. I also managed a virtual sales team to coach, drive and execute our program with clients. During this role, I was nominated for the 2012 Winners Summit for outstanding performance.

As PSG Market Development Manager, I developed and delivered strategic marketing plans to deliver budget and market share requirements. I also trained and drove internal sales teams to increase speed to market. One of my primary responsibilities during my time in this role was complete financial management of the entire Business Desktop business while engineering and driving key business improvement projects for the company.
