Managed the Primavera P6 programme development and maintenance, and controlled costs using cash flow forecasting and accruals. Managed project resources and negotiated the release of resources with the organisations functional managers. Produced progress and performance reports against strict KPI’s, for presenting to the client during face-to-face project reviews and also the organisations senior management. Led and coordinated all client and end user communication.
