Will consider anything inside of Utah and the Rocky Mountain West, but not if it means relocation. I don't mind travel during the week, in state or out of state.I have lots of experience in asphalt sales, pavement preservation, to include selecting the proper surface treatments, project and product price estimates, conference (large & small groups) presentations, training on pavement management and preservation, writing product specifications, etc. My resume' is very extensive with my experience and knowledge.

Promotion of specific asphalt technology and pavement treatments to government agencies; Gave presentations at varying conferences attended by government agencies, contractors, vendors, suppliers & engineering firms, on current and new asphalt technology for asphalt pavement maintenance and construction; Quoted contractors specific asphalt emulsion products for government and private projects; More detailed information available upon request.

Managed road construction projects from cradle to grave, including analyzing current pavement condition, project design, management through advertisement and construction, including budget and scope of projects.

Responsible for the day to day activities of upwards of 100 maintenance personnel, equipment and materials for all transporation activities and tasks, for all maintenance within the rights of way on roadways in six counties through the central portion of Utah, (Region Three); Analyzed the needs of specific roads within each area, and coordinated with the maintenance stations and administration for the needed resources to accomplish the needs therein, while ensuring budgets were adhered to; Was responsible for the hiring and promotion of personnel within several maintenance stations, as well as corrective actions, including dismissal, when necessary; Was a member of the statewide Utah Pavement Council, developing and making necessary changes to specifications as needed; Was a member of the Region Three pavement management committee, recommending and approving of various road treatments for the road sections being proposed for contruction and maintenance projects.
