Technical service desk technical lead, supporting the department of working pensionsWithin this role I will be taking calls and helping the customer with any problems they may encounter, when we take the call we need to gather enough information about the fault they have to be able to perform the relevant fix to their profile or workstation. As I am the technical lead on the team I help the other agents when they require assistance I also point out areas where they may need training. Within this position I can constantly looking at the work the other agents are doing to see if there is any training areas which need working on so we can maintain a high standard of customer service and first contact resolution.
