As a Six Sigma black belt I use a step-by-step process of interventions and statistical tools that allows the team to understand which business processes are not performing as needed, identify root causes of problems, analyze and improve contributing factors, and sustain gain in improvements by implementing the proper controls. I train new employees about Six Sigma and 5S. Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen teams to quickly identify root cause and drive process improvements. As a black belt, I help mentor and coach various team members within the organization. I am also a member of TriMark's RISC (Rapid Improvement Superior Commitment) team. As a Black belt I also have to communicate with senior management regarding the various stages and changes made during the continuous improvement projects.

Organized, monitored and directed the life cycle of TriMark’s products and developed Product Modifications and Product Line Extensions. Led the implementation efforts of Product Development projects serving multiple markets and customers. Worked closely with TriMark's customers regarding quality issues and completed corrective actions.

New Product design from concept to production. Worked with customers to establish a product specification and design a new product specifically for that customer. Concept presentations, refinement of concepts, tolerance analysis, inertial analysis, applied Lean principles to design, prototype builds to production launch. I also managed several design projects from concept to production.

Duties Included: reverse engineering, developing flat patterns of sheet metal components, developing processes for parts in manufacturing, writing CNC programs; supervise, schedule and procure tooling for CNC punch presses.
