I currently serve as the Executive Director of Academics at ILTexas with over 22,000 students and over 20 campuses across the state.I supervise the delivery, implementation, and program coordination of our core curriculum of English, Spanish, Chinese, Math, Science, & Social Studies K-12.Included in my oversight is our Accelerated Learning intervention.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Responsibilities include: Vision and Mission, long range planning, community involvement, Campus Improvement Plan, Budget
• Supervisions of: Attendance, Discipline, Curriculum Review and Alignment,
• Supervision of: Testing Coordinator, Text book coordinator, RtI development, Campus Improvement Plan, Budget review, Staff supervision, long range planning, and community involvement.
• Assist the Superintendent in programming, development, implementation, and evaluation of educational and fiscal activities.
• Assist the Superintendent in developing and implementing long-range objectives and short-term goals to meet the needs of current and potential students, including budget, reporting, and training.

GISD

• Served as ELA Department Chair (2010 – 2013
• Served as ELA English III PLC/Level Leader (2009-Present)
• Student Success Grant Manager responsible for ordering materials, managing budgets and documenting all students served by grant for all four core area departments.
• CNA Plan - collaborated with other campus leaders regarding campus fund allocations for campus improvement plan.
• Drafted CIP for 2013-2014
• Collected, disseminated, disaggregated, and discussed data with PLC’s and Department
