I currently serve as the Executive Director of Academics at ILTexas with over 22,000 students and over 20 campuses across the state.I supervise the delivery, implementation, and program coordination of our core curriculum of English, Spanish, Chinese, Math, Science, & Social Studies K-12.Included in my oversight is our Accelerated Learning intervention program and Professional Development coordination.I train and collaborate with our Principals, AP's, Curriculum Directors, Area Superintendents, and Deputy Superintendents to ensure effective and consistent implementation and execution of curriculum, instruction, and use of timely data to aid in necessary adjustments.
