Employed as part of a specialist 14 strong Air Safety Investigation Team identifying Human Factor failures within UK military aviation and support sectors worldwide. Conduct non-statutory investigations, post incident, to identify the cause and contributory factors which led to failures. Maintain the confidentiality of the investigation, ensuring the security of all evidence and data gathered, culminating in the accurate and timely compilation of a safety occurrence report. Consider the potential human factor behavioural type of individuals to enable the formulation of effective (SMART) recommendations and intelligent interventions in order to mitigate the likelihood of reoccurrence of safety occurrence events. Co-ordinate, support and mentor additional Occurrence Investigators during the process promoting good practice through peer to peer review. Present HF presentations and interactive displays at safety promotion events encouraging and endorsing a Just Safety Culture.

"Oceaneering ROV Pilot/Technician - Principal duties, responsibilities and accountabilities are to pilot the ROV system as directed by the ROV Supervisor, to carry out survey, inspection or work tasks for the client at offshore work locations. To perform planned maintenance and repair tasks on ROV units and ancillary equipment as required by regulations, Company and Client procedures. To ensure that I am conversant with any equipment to be used during dives and that it remains operational.
