With a BSc (Hons) in biomedical sciences from Liverpool John Moores University, I bring a unique perspective and expertise to my role as an assistant headteacher at London Borough of Lambeth. I am passionate about improving student success and academic leadership in primary education, using my science and research background to enhance skill development and curriculum design in my school.I have over six years of experience as a teacher and a leader, working with diverse and multicultural students and staff. I am adept at creating a positive and supportive learning environment, fostering collaboration and communication, and implementing innovative and effective teaching strategies. I have recently gained my NPQ in Headship, demonstrating my commitment and readiness to take on more responsibilities and challenges in the education sector.
