As Director of Sport Academies and a company director of a US$150M business, with 500 staff, we developed Asia’s 1st award winning integrative sport, mind, health, education, and hospitality resort and training centre. I had direct responsibility over the strategic direction, commercial development, brand management and leadership of the Sport Academies (swimming, tennis, triathlon, rugby and soccer), Club Operations (membership, club services, fitness center, sport shop and kids club) and the Mind Center. I co-led and supported the project management teams for the Thanyapura website, Intelli-Leisure integrative member software, online coaching platform, Elite Junior Sport Academies, and the Sports Hotel and boarding dorm developments. Key achievements:• Led international sport team sales and training camps for more than 60 Olympians & World Champions. • Grew the event portfolio from 7 to 55 events in 18 months, including Davis Cup tennis, Rocket Science Invitational Swim Meet, ITF tennis, IronKids triathlon, LTAT, and Challenge junior triathlon.• Oversaw sponsorship partnerships including Tourism Authority of Thailand, Chang, CBRE, Coca-Cola, and Class Act Media.

I prepared 10 athletes, and managed 4 staff at the Taiwan National Sports Training Centre, for the ITU Asian Championships, Asian Games and World Cup events. I created Long Term Athlete Development plans and weekly programs, as well as leading coaching, sport science and sport medicine support.
