• Provides leadership and establishes and maintains effective and harmonious working relationships of the on-site staff and promotes positive project morale. • Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion• Thorough and complete knowledge and understanding of the general contract, each subcontract, the contract drawings, and specifications • Assists in the development and refinement of the project schedule, and to work with the project manager to keep the schedules properly updated, and to see that the job meets the various required dates.• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.• Plans and reviews the project details including quality control procedures, safety and security practices, equipment and manpower. • Leads inspection and commission of day to day construction work to enforce conformity to specifications• Coordinates required inspections with local jurisdictions• Coordinates weekly meetings with the project owner to provide updates on the project and timeline.• Maintains good relations and communications with all involved in the project • Ability to perform superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously• Excellent time management, organizational and customer service skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office
