In this role there was a great degree of change management involved along with the typical demands of store operational team management and relationship development with key stakeholders. The other component to the role was to ensure that the store network size and shape was managed. This included, ensuring that both the new & refurbished store rollout was managed tightly, (capital & timing) along with retiring leases where the stores were generally unprofitable. As formats were developed it was my responsibility to roll the initiatives back into the existing store network.
