About Craig Kappel

Mr. Kappel has been a healthcare performance improvement partner in three international firms over the past sixteen years. Mr. Kappel has dedicated his entire career to healthcare helping large healthcare organizations improve bottom line effectiveness and productivity with particular focus on finance transformation, process standardization, strategy, systems implementation, change management and revenue cycle performance improvement. Mr. Kappel also has experience running two revenue cycle companies. Mr. Kappel is on the Board of HopeHealth – a hospice organization with operations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He also Chairman of the Finance Committee, Co-Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Kappel holds a bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
