• Orchestrated the successful delivery and alignment of Real Estate Cost Optimisation projects across 13 global hub locations, leveraging expertise in project management methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Achieved all aspects of the Credit Suisse Vendor Management Framework for Major Projects, including vendor performance tracking, contract management and compliance; realised 10% cost reduction through effective vendor.
• SME input and facilitated the procurement exercise of a new Integrated Global Project Management Office, to drive 10% cost reduction in global capital expenditure.

• Led transition from existing regional systems and procedures, and spearheaded the design and implementation of a single integrated project management system, which enabled real-time collaboration between Capital.
• Set up project tracking tools and KPI dashboards, resulting in 50% reduction in project reporting time and enabling real-time decision-making.
• Developed a global playbook to define processes, procedures, and controls.
• Executed financial controls, accounting, accruals, accounts payable processes that resulted in a 20% reduction in overdue invoices and enhanced cash flow management.

• Directed a team of 21 staff and 110 service providers, overseeing the formulation and implementation of the Corporate Real Estate and Services strategy aligned with the regional business strategy.
