Responsibilities include: - Large scale change project to introduce commercial card portfolio to RBC and integrate with existing core banking systems- Manage several work streams whilst working closely with external vendors to ensure the solution is being tailored to RBC's needs and requirements;- Write and review business requirements documents, process flows and maps for various business functionality. - Provide extensive and expert knowledge and guidance to RBC on commercial card systems; - Perform gap analysis between RBC and the external vendors. Conduct research and in depth analysis on current state functionality;- Completed requirements gathering and process mapping with various business groups for each work stream of the project. Also reviewed IT design documents and provided feedback;- Chaired requirements meetings, business design walkthroughs and provided weekly status updates;- Facilitated discussions between various business and technical groups to tailor a solution for RBC Commercial Card Product group

- Led initiative for transformational change project at Altus Group Ltd to bring tax operations across Canada on to a new digital platform and centralized database- Managed a team of BA’s, Developers, DBA’s and QA resources with direct reports to CFO, Executive VP’s and Business Unit President;- Responsible for maintaining project plan, whilst coordinating tasks and resources to deliver all aspects National Tax Solution.- Working closely with CFO to managed project budget including hiring resources, as well as any hardware/software costs. - Chair monthly steering committee meetings to report on project status- Chair weekly project team meetings to determine project status- Worked closely with business leads to ensure delivery of solution is consistent with the company goals and objectives;
