The Inner Melbourne VET Cluster is a community development and education services provider focused on providing opportunities for young people to fulfil their potential for economic and social participation. The enterprise provides brokerage services focused on Vocational Education and Training delivered in Schools, individual case management, and national projects including the National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) Programme and Transition to Work.As contract Vocational Training Manager, I coordinated the Registered Training Organisation component of the organisation, six (6) staff, and diverse services including industry and community engagement, Vocational Education and Training programs, and work placements.

Glenroy Neighbourhood Learning Centre is an adult and community education provider, neighbourhood house, and Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The enterprises provides a suite of information and communications technology (ICT) courses, leisure activities, language and literacy programs, occasional childcare, and the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL).The Manager role encompassed supervisory oversight for seven (7) organisational units, thirty (30) staff, and eight (8) revenue streams, including Australian and State Government of Victoria funding. Duties included supporting the Management Committee to develop and realise business, strategic, and operational plans.

Box Hill Institute is a global vocational and higher educator known for its collaborative and creative approach to education in Australia and overseas. The provider offers a wide range of courses from apprenticeships to Degrees, short courses to Diploma, and in several delivery modes including full time, part time, and off campus.As Senior Educator – Operations Manager (Projects) in the leadership team my primary responsibilities were to lead, manage, and coordinate business development initiatives, industry relations, major events, offshore programs, schools programs and liaison.

Infoxchange Australia is a not for profit organisation that delivers design services for the community sector, digital inclusion initiatives, information and communications technologies (ICT), and online applications.As an employee in the Training Unit, I was responsible for business development, financial management, marketing, and partnerships. I also managed governance requirements related to the organisation’s status as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

The Community Broadcasting Association of Australia is the national peak body for community radio stations. The organisation coordinates sector advocacy and representation, provides benefits and services to nearly three hundred members, and manages sector wide projects.In the role of Policy Coordination Manager, I was responsible for promoting the policy and strategic objectives of the organisation to advance the interests of the sector. Key activities included the dissemination of policy advice to members, committee administration, funding submissions and the development of briefing material. The role included liaison with Federal Government representatives, funding agencies, and regulatory authorities.
