• CMS & MIS – Maintaining all aspects of the company’s online MIS and ordering portal CMS, called ‘e.quator’. Creating log-in and content pages across a variety of Corporate brands using Dreamweaver and the e.quator CMS. Identifying and reporting system issues and ensuring fixes are implemented. Testing and assisting development of e.quator functionality. Performing bulk customer stock implementations and account set-ups. Providing phone support to internal & external users, and one-to-one user training, including writing “How to…” PDF guides walking customers through every aspect of their bespoke, customised e.quator site environments.• GRAPHIC DESIGN / STUDIO SERVICES – Using Quark Xpress and Adobe Creative Suite on MAC and PC to produce a variety of Corporate literature to brand guidelines, including; newsletters, stationery, brochures, marketing collateral, banners and Point Of Sale items for litho and digital printing. • ONLINE TEMPLATES: Creating print ready artwork templates using ‘Marketing Unity DataZone Designer’ software with basic XML and HTML coding that allowed users to personalise POS campaigns & stationery through the e.quator online customer portal. These templates locked-in user compliance to brand guidelines, allowing users to personalise their own business cards, flyers, posters, menus, banners and Point Of Sale products for instant online print ordering.• WEBSITE – Using WordPress CMS to keep the Company website up to date, working with the Business Development Manager for content.

• CREATIVE DESIGN / ARTWORKING – Ensuring timely creation of print artwork for multiple brands for corporate sales, marketing and advertising collateral created to a highly accurate standard in line with strict corporate brand guidelines for multi-national truck & coach manufacturers among other clients.Working on a variety of projects for exhibitions and corporate event days, producing large banners, event and promotional literature, history boards and wayfinding signage.Creating technical vector drawings in Adobe Illustrator to demonstrate prototypes for client presentations.

• GRAPHIC DESIGN / STUDIO SERVICES – Working with some of Londons largest Estate Agencies to create promotional flyers and mailings, brochures and newsletters, corporate stationery and forms for digital and litho print production. Checking and correcting supplied agency print artwork to ensure press quality and brand consistency across all items produced. • ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT – Maintaining timely and accurate print production of ‘jobbing’ work over a range of SME clients for our litho and digital machines. Managing the work schedule and customer expectations to meet all agreed requirements. Liaising with Customers to take briefs for artwork creation and printing specifications. Also co-ordinating external suppliers to provide additional resources such as finishing or specialised out of house printing. Ensuring that all our clients’ weekly and monthly Marketing materials, including brochures and leaflets were created as required, all client approval/amends sought and received on time and recorded properly, and that printed items were produced and delivered on time and within budget. Checking production costs were met, quality maintained and profit margins were met on each job.Reponsible for maintaining correct stock levels for fulfilment and correct picking and distribution of printed items.• ESTIMATING – Using estimating templates within Tharsten's MIS to generate quotes for digital and litho work from specifications taken over the phone, fax or email - trying to maintain a balance between maximising profit and ensuring customer satisfaction and future loyalty to us as a valued supplier of their printed items.
