Finance and accounting professional (CPA, CA) with over 15 years’ experience building and leading teams, and scaling finance operations in rapid growth environments. I’m passionate about working with high-performing teams to solve complex challenges in finance, and across the company. With Introhive, I brought the accounting department in-house, built the team and processes during a growth period of $4m to $25m USD ARR, 100 to 300+ employees, and led the finance department through the Company's $100m Series C equity raise. You can often find me running, biking, or swimming. I’ve completed an Ironman 70.3, with an eye towards the big one someday. I enjoy setting progressively harder goals and chipping away at them. I love the complexities of finance, especially in a growth environment. I thrive when I'm building & refining processes and controls to ensure efficient, accurate financial information, while strategizing about the medium to long term needs of the Finance department and how it can best support the strategic direction of the company.
