This work follows on from a Psychology (Honours) qualification, prior to which my professional background included a career in business client relationship management in the finance sector. A brief summary of skills and achievements acquired through past experience:* With initiative and early intervention, I helped keep at-risk families together through my family centric practice, focusing on their dreams and best hopes to plan for issues they faced.* By nurturing a trusting relationship based on mutual respect and compassion, I protected young people in crisis by creating and implementing immediate safety-plans together.* While Case Managing over 20 at-risk families, I exceeded expectations in achieving long term family reunification.
