Since 1981, Aerial has evolved into one of Florida’s most unique general contractors with over 60 employees, including many industry leading professionals and general contractors with multiple areas of expertise. Aerial primarily focuses on maintaining and repairing multi-million dollar estate homes and commercial facilities, with its most recent endeavor being a waterfront estate home new build.I am also owner and Principal Consultant of Forensic Construction Consulting. My 30-plus years of experience in specialty construction, building restoration, remediation and structural strengthening and repair have provided me with the knowledge base and expertise needed to apply my forensic analysis skills in the field of complex construction. In addition to providing forensic analysis, FCC also provides litigation support for counsel in construction defect cases and settlement support for property owners in insurance claims. I personally, have extensive experience as an expert witness in mediation, arbitration and litigation. I am also president of Business Command Solutions, LLC. Staying true to my entrepreneurial nature, I custom designed a web-based business intelligence software solution known as "Cx3" or Command Center, to ensure consistent and efficient execution of projects within my companies.
