Craig A. Mackiewicz is the Vice President of Production for Lockheed Martin RMS Mission Systems. In this role, he is responsible for production of the diverse products within thr Misssion Systems businessed across more than 10 factories.In his previous role, Craig was the Director of Operations, Radar Integration for Lockheed Martin RMS in Moorestown, NJ. He workef closely with the program leads across the organization to provide a consolidated Operations strategy for land based radar programs. Prior to relocating to New Jersey, Craig oversaw all aspects of Operation’s functions at the Palm Beach site. This included production operations, hardware implementation, material management, production planning, manufacturing engineering, facilities management, and Environmental Safety and Health. Palm Beach Operations was awarded South Florida Manufacturer’s Association 2015 Large Manufacturer of the Year. Previously, Craig served as the Senior Manager of Manufacturing for Lockheed Martin’s Clearwater facility within the Mission Systems and Training business area. Under his leadership, the Clearwater facility was recognized as one of Industry Week’s Top 10 Plants for 2008 and Quality Magazine’s Top Plant for 2009. Mr. Mackiewicz’ s career spans more than 19 years, when he joined LM in 1999 as a production control analyst. He has a diverse background in Operation’s and Quality, including roles in production control, supplier quality, quality engineering, manufacturing program management, corporate program audit, and functional management. Mr. Mackiewicz also previously served two years as the Executive Assistant to the President of the Mission Systems and Sensors Business Area. He is a graduate of Lockheed Martin’s Operations Leadership Development Program. Mr. Mackiewicz holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from the University of Florida. He is married to his wife Ashley and has two children, Jacob and Abigail.

Drove the development of a formal Corrective Action Board that has reduced defects per thousand hours 33% and improved overall customer satisfaction.· Build Effective Relationships: Face of Operation’s to our external customers and personally requested for involvement in program activities by numerous government customers. Active Member of the Palm Beach County Business Development Board Aerospace and Engineering Task Force, driving Engineering Week activities across the county and paving the way for Economic Development Opportunities for Lockheed Martin.· Model Personal Excellence and Integrity: Numerous Community and Volunteer Engagements
