Working out of my residence in Port Severn to provide quick and efficeint service to Strongco customer's from Barrie north to Sudbury and from Minden to Port Elgin

Provide timely service solutions for on-site break downs of any kind to Volvo's complete construction equipment product line. Also provide operating and service training for both customer's and Strongco employees on new equipment. Provide Technical Support for Territory Managers in the sales of new equipment.

Field service dispatching, service co-ordination, service coaching of field and shop tech's, as well as warranty claims and customer support.

As Co-chair of the Canadian Equipment Industry Training Commitee, We discussed ways of attracting and recruiting people into the light, medium and Heavy Equipment Industries in Canada.

This was a short term teaching contract to provide Hydraulics theory and practical instruction to apprenticeship students in the Heavy Duty program.

On- site troubleshooting and repairs to Volvo BM, Euclid, Hitachi, Bomag, Ingersol-Rand, Fiat Allis, Allis Chalmers, Clarke Michigan, Morbark, and Kohring construction equipment, as well as Cummins, Volvo, Fiat-Allis and Detroit Diesel engines, and Allison, Volvo BM, ZF, and Clarke powershift Transmisions.
