• Set up and maintain standard templates for project plans, budgets, risk reporting and regular project status reports.• Track progress on major projects and update project plans on a regular basis.• Track key finance-related aspects of major projects on a regular basis, including project spend to date against forecast and invoicing to date against plan.• Maintain the engineering resource allocation look-ahead.• Co-ordinate and track project variations (Project Change Notices)• Assist with tendering for new work, especially time and cost estimates.• Ensure that all work is delivered in accordance with PIGT QA procedures.

My duties and responsibilities include:-• Managing internal and coordinate external compliance audit schedules in a timely manner.• Updating, maintaining and administration of the Integrated Management systems.• Management of Procedures, Processes and Forms library.• Undertaking and managing internal audits.• Management of Non-conformance Reports and 8D Reports for external suppliers.• Assisting Quality Manager with external supplier audits.• Ensure training requirements for the Document Management systems are met.• Responsible for Document Management System

• Auditing large amounts of data to a high degree of accuracy.• Producing detailed reports on performance for Senior Managers using Microsoft Office Programmes.• Providing data for actionable KPI’s.• Training and managing a Change Control Assistant.• Management and development of the Change Control Function.• Experience with Primavera (P6).

• Improving the efficiency of the planning process using PFMEA• Collecting and manipulating detailed data using advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.• Creating and implementing new systems for AMEC.• Regular communication with both high level management and engineering operatives.
