My time at Gundersen started in 2015, when I joined the organization as a Financial Counselor. I spent the better part of a year explaining health benefits to patients before moving into a Supervisor and eventually Manager role in the Patient Experience Department. With over 50 staff on my team, our focus was providing wayfinding, customer service and general assistance to patients and staff of the organization. Going on my seventh year, I transitioned to a different role entirely! Now, I work in Recruitment as an HR Program Consultant, where my focus is implementing the many student training programs, referral programs and career fairs Gundersen has to offer.
