Provided leadership and guidance for data team in first major retooling of keystone health risk assessment product in 6 years. Involved in requirements gathering, ETL mapping, coding and testing of data elements. Worked with third party vendor to ensure data integrity and seamless exchange of data between major stakeholders.Produced impact analysis of the effects of changes to the health risk assessment product in to client data warehouse. Mapped throughput of changes to reporting, marketing, web and product groups and was asked to present findings to division directors.

Co-founder of the Integrated Case Solutions team within the Corporate Advisory and Restructuring Services (CARS) group of Grant Thornton, LLP. Led tool development and infrastructure enhancement efforts for start-up group in established restructuring practice. Created tools that streamlined the production of court documents throughout the lifecycle of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case using skills in business analysis, Visual Basic, macro writing and process establishment and improvement.Managed Schedule of Assets & Liabilities (SoAL), Statement of Financial Affairs (SoFA) and Claims Reconciliation processes for Grant Thornton LLP’s largest, most complex restructuring and bankruptcy case to date. SoAL and SoFA data and claims processes established best practices for all restructuring cases. Established and grew relationships with multiple teams of attorneys and other interested parties in multiple restructuring cases.

Led enterprise-wide initiative in Process Mapping and Statistical Process Control for multiple business lines. Created process documentation for operating groups and instituted performance metrics for productivity, profitability and effective resource management. Designed, initiated, and maintained company-wide data consultant training/mentoring program. Retention rate for data consultants went from 0% for all data consultants hired in the three years prior to training/mentoring program to 75% for data consultants hired within a year.Created utilities from Access application to track responses to claims filed against clients in the bankruptcy process. Utility included data storage tables, queries, reports and modules for delivery of information to client contacts on a daily basis.
