Lead team to exceed corporate standard utilization rate (96%) and fill rate metrics (90%). Established clear department and individual contributor goals and department standards and practices that led to a 99% milestone on time completion rate. Conducted performance/merit reviews, interviewed and hired full time candidates and sub-contractors. Wrote purchase orders for and directed the efforts of global resources in India.

Responsible for the engineering schedule and budget (MS Project), hardware and software requirements verification and validation (DOORS), and FAA certification testing for the Boeing 747 Nitrogen Generation System. Managed lab technicians, developed test plans, specified and ordered hardware, and reviewed component/system analysis for compliance. 747 NGS system certified for flight in August, 2005 meeting Boeing’s schedule and budget.

Coordinated the design and development of a dynamic model in MATLAB/Simulink of the F-35 JSF Power and Thermal Management System across five corporate sites and Lockheed Martin for use in controls design and qualification test activities.
