Support is deployed in-country through blended learning programs, online tools, performance benchmarking, and retail coaching. Accreditation programs have been developed for internal staff to upskill and deliver retail management support in-country to increase the reach of support, with more than 90 staff trained across AMERA to date. I personally provide management consulting services to selected key customers in the region each year, having consulted to optical retailers and eye hospitals covering over 4,500 doors in the past decade. -
