Fibre Build Engineer/Fibre Splicer - From this and my previous experience I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in Openreach PON and Spine Design and Build (Cabling, Sub Ducting and Blowing Cable) as well as build of City Fibre Spine and PN Build. I understand both networks to the extent of being able to re optimise and redesign around any issue within the spec and requirements of each Client to ensure maximum THP/SHP/CRFS.S11, S13 and S18 Openreach FTTP PON and Spine Accredited Surveyor. Vastly experienced in Fibre Cities, Falcon, CFP, Retro New Sites and R100 Survey and Design as well as Build Project Management of FTTP projects. Extensive knowledge of various build methods and a proven ability to utilise ISIS Planning/Design Policies to create effective and efficient builds and navigate difficult build issues with smart design and innovation.Well experienced in use of Orion and ARC GIS for Fibre Planning as well as Build Redesign and Optimisation at various stages (Pre Survey, Survey, Post Survey and In Build ILC’s)Previous R100 Survey Manager for KN Circet and R100 Fibre Planning Manager for Morrison Telecom Services. My experience and knowledge has all been gained and learned at an impressive rate through working for, from the beginning of my telecoms career, some of the biggest and most well known companies in the industry in KN Circet, Morrison Telecoms Services.
