My personal experience couldn't be any easier than when you treat a customer the way you want to be treated the rewards are great. If a customer thinks you are a genuine person and you create a relationship with them then you will more than likely get a good sale under your belt and plus the customer leaves with great satisfaction of what me as an advisor has set then up with and then I will get repeated business from this person or their friends and family. Basically the goals and targets that I set for myself are huge. As I am 26 I want to progress up through a company or a retail store to be number 1. The hard work starts at the bottom and as I love to prove to people that I can sell a hard sale and that I can make a mad customer happy it's always great for me to get noticed by people above me(especially Area managers) that I am a great asset to them and that I will certainly progress.
