Tech Incubator - Assisted tech start-ups through the complete sales process, from generating newleads to closing the sale. Researched the current market, projected potential sales and implemented strategies for growth. Our goal was to expand the start-ups within their 1st year of operation to gain autonomy from the incubator.

Responsible for assisting all facets of Business Marketing Partnerships including: Naming Rights, Client Marketing and Advertising, Game Day Sponsorships and Promotions. In-arena Advertising, Signage, Corporate Suite Sales, Community Based Promotions, and Corporate Group Sales.

TA'd a first-year introduction to business course weekly. Included grading assignments, tests, and proctoring examinations.

Responsibilities included managing all areas of the franchise such as: marketing, sales, accounting, customer relations, purchasing, human resources, production, tax reports, and performance reporting.Went throught the process of recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and daily motivating six employees.
