He has extensive experience with a broad range of deal structures, especially public company acquisitions and VC-backed private acquisitions. He has acted as lead counsel in the following notable transactions: - Numerous acquisitions for Cisco Systems, including the acquisitions of ThousandEyes for an undisclosed amount, Luxtera for $660 million, OpenDNS for $635 million and 17 other acquisitions - Sale of Elemental Technologies to Amazon for $330 million - Sale of SteelBrick to Salesforce for $360 million - Periscope sale to Twitter - Objet Ltd.'s acquisition of Stratasys resulting in a combined $1.4 billion company and the acquisition by Stratasys of Makerbot for up to approximately $600 million - Acquisition of Volterra Semiconductor by Maxim Integrated Products for approximately $605 million in the first tender offer started and completed under revised Section 251(h) of the DGCL - Acquisition of Alphacore Pharmaceuticals by Medimmune - Acquisitions for Intuit, including Digital Insight Corporation for approximately $1.2 billion, the divestiture of Blue Ocean Software, and recently the acquisitions of Applatix, Payvment and Itrios - Google's acquisition of Postini, Inc. for approximately $640 million - Web.com's acquisition of Network Solutions for $560 million
