I'm your typical S/C on the DISC assessment, with the added bonus that I am, in fact, VERY open to constructive criticism, and I rarely let my emotions dictate my words/actions.Friends/Family members have told me that I tend to keep my cool whenever I'm under pressure, and I feel this serves me well when I'm working on highly stressful projects, that are time sensitive.Being part of a team is where I probably perform the best, but I always relish the opportunity to rise to any challenge that's presented to me, especially when it involves being in a leadership/mentor role.I value loyalty and honesty above all other character traits, but I also know that nobody is perfect (I'll never be even close!), and we're all just in this world, trying to figure out what we want the most in life.
