Synopsis: In 1996 I created the first simultaneous interactive online platform for broadcast television stations. Later selling the business and patents to Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen via Vulcan Ventures and Charter Communications. At the time of the sale, IBSC controlled the interactive web presence for over 50% of all Network Television affiliates in the U.S. The management team included the former President of ABC, Mr. Jim Duffy, and the majority of his C-level executive staff. The most popular service on the platform, and the main feature of the patents, was known as Chat TV. This pioneering television and video chat element later became the intellectual property basis for many popular social media services including Youtube.

Synopsis: Upon the sale of ValuSource to Wiley, I served as the Publisher of Software Products for the Professional Reference and Trade Division (PRT) of NYSE Listed, John Wiley & Sons. I was responsible for overseeing software and book combination projects for various PRT imprints as well as the Legal Division.

Synopsis: Under the imprint, ValuSource, I designed and developed the twelve programs that make up the business valuation industry. ValuSource became the country's best-selling business valuation expert system data & software. The company was sold to John Wiley & Sons in 1994, and later went on to control 80% of the business valuation and forensic accounting software market. As a software developer, some of my responsibilities included:- Directing software programming and documentation development.- Designing mathematical models to predict and measure financial outcomes.- Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.
