Worked closely with Prime Contractor representatives daily to ensure program was in compliance with the contract, legal and regulatory requirements, and met the customer’s needs. - Met frequently with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and military airspace managers, security personnel, communications and logistics personnel, civil engineers, manpower/personnel analysts, medical planners, along with aircraft operators and maintainers to ensure all pertinent issues were being discovered and addressed at the appropriate level in a timely manner.

Responsible for the Reconnaissance Wing's peacetime, contingency, and wartime plans, to include the creation, maintenance, and revision of said plans. Also led the Wing's Exercise and Evaluation Office and a team of 100 personnel, where we routinely exercised those plans several times a year, in either tabletop, command post level, or field level exercises. Often incorporated the local community emergency responders, thereby enhancing our exercises and providing them additional training opportunities.
