Ensuring technical specifications and materials are correct to a planned implementation for all key internal and external interfaces.- Management of Maintenance and Engineering change. - The creation of vehicle maintenance instructions ensuring their compliance to the relevant RGS and H&S standards. - Conversant with Hazard matrix's, RAMS and risk assessments in the development of modifications and engineering changes.- Responsible for the root cause analysis of safety and reliability concerns using Practical Problem Solving techniques such as 5 whys, 8-D, root cause analysis, cause and effect and other appropriate tools. - Responsible for Failure Review of in-service failures and identifying trends and solutions to prevent re-occurrence. Liaising with product manufacturers, system engineers and the customer. The diagnosis and rectification of all system faults, with the use of technical drawings. Dynamic testing at low and high speed.
