My experience in 27 years as a tax professional have ranged from leading global teams to being an individual contributor as a technical expert. In my most recent role as the Senior Tax Director - M&A, I oversaw all tax matters related to M&A at GE's Aviation division, which included foreign and domestic acquisitions, dispositions and JV's. I played a key role in strategic discussions and in formulating negotiating tactics as deals progressed. I have also gained valuable, executive level leadership, planning, controllership, compliance, risk mitigation and communication skills as I've taken on Global Tax Director responsibilities for various P&Ls within GE, ranging from $4B to $19B in revenue.I have learned how to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, complex environments as teams, businesses and global economies change. I enjoy working with people and have served as a mentor to various individuals in and out of Tax.Outside of work, I love to read, travel and spend time with family.
