I am a full-time student pursuing my bachelor's in Economics at UCLA. I am interested in entrepreneurship and business where I can apply my skills and experience to a role in development, production, or finance. As a Peer Support Specialist at NAMI Orange County, I offer support and resources to individuals and their families who face mental health challenges. I am trained in suicide assessment and crisis intervention where I assist individuals who need a listening ear, emotional support, or referrals to mental health services. I am passionate about helping others and empowering them to overcome difficulties and achieve their goals.I also bring over a decade of management and team leadership experience in the hospitality industry. I was the General Manager at Khan Saab Desi Craft Kitchen, where I established the foundation of daily activities and front-of-house operations. I hired and trained all staff, managed reports and inventory, and created one of the first nonalcoholic bar programs in the area. I curated seasonal experiences for patrons alongside the Chef's menu, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
