Responsibilities included estimating, supervision of all office personnel, subcontract bid solicitation and negotiation, overall bid preparation, client contract closure, project management, supervision of field superintendents, asset management, material procurement, and buyout strategies as well as project scheduling. Other responsibilities included the marketing of additional construction services to potential clients as well as maintaining a rapport with long term established clients. Experience includes industrial, commercial, office, retail, and institutional work with a personal track record of achieving average gross profits of between 6&7% on sales in excess of twenty-five million dollars in gross annual revenue.
